Verify Eligibility
Ensure that the items are in their original, sealed packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that inks and needles cannot be returned if the sterile seal is broken.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
